Our Jesmond clinic is based immediately on the right as you turn into Osborne Road from the south end (Jesmond Road, A1058), or the last turning on the left coming from the opposite direction.

If you are coming by car, turn into the drive and turn immediately right: parking spaces 13 and 14 are available for your use. If these spaces are already occupied, free parking for up to two hours is available on nearby streets including Fernwood Road (see map).

If coming on foot from the Jesmond Metro station, walk in the opposite direction from central Newcastle until you reach Osborne Road, cross over, and number 2 is the first building you come to.

If coming by bus, the No 33 and 33A stop near the office building.

When you enter the main door of the building, the Trust Psychology clinic is second on the right.

NIHP is based in Sacriston, north-west of Durham, between the A691 and the A167.

Look out for our red-brick building at the corner of the traffic lights on the Crossroads of Durham Road (B6532) and Witton Road (B6312), opposite ‘Bespoke Tea Rooms’ (large grey building that was formerly Lloyds Bank).

Although we are well served by public transport, with many buses stopping right on our doorstep (ask the driver for Sacriston Crossroads), we have very limited parking on site.

There are two free public car parks just a few yards from us off Sacriston Front Street, and you may also park on the roadside where it is safe and practicable to do so.
